To make sure you don’t miss anything, please use an email address you regularly check and add support@inkgamespublishing.com to your contacts or safe sender list (whitelist). This helps prevent important updates from being filtered into your spam, junk, or promotions folders.

We also recommend checking those folders periodically while your preorder is in production, just in case an update lands there.

Yes. All preorder dates are estimates and may change due to circumstances such as manufacturing schedules, quality-control adjustments, freight availability, port or customs delays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

We will always do our best to communicate meaningful changes as soon as we have reliable information to share.

Not necessarily! If your order includes multiple preorder products with different production or arrival timelines, we will ship each product as it becomes available rather than holding your entire order until every item is ready.

This means you may receive your order in multiple shipments and on different dates. You’ll receive a separate shipping confirmation and tracking information each time a portion of your order ships.

There is no need to contact us if you receive only part of your order. Your remaining preorder items are still reserved for you and will ship as soon as they arrive and are ready for fulfillment.

If your shipping address changes before your preorder ships, please contact us at support@inkgamespublishing.com as soon as possible with your order number, the original shipping address, and your new shipping address.

Address changes must be submitted before your order enters fulfillment. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may no longer be able to update or redirect the package.

Because some preorders are placed several months before they are ready to ship, we strongly recommend double-checking your shipping information whenever you receive a preorder update from us.

Please note: Customers are responsible for keeping their shipping address current. INK Games Publishing™ cannot be responsible for packages shipped to an outdated or incorrect address provided with the order if we were not notified of the change before fulfillment began.

Yes! Unless otherwise noted on the individual product page, INK Games Publishing™ ships internationally.

International delivery times vary by destination, and packages may experience additional processing time through customs. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.
