We use premium materials designed for collectors: thick puzzle board with a soft-touch matte finish, sturdy game pieces, and high-quality printing with foil or specialty finishes where applicable. Each product page lists exact specs so you know what to expect.

Our puzzle collections generally feature 300–1000 pieces each depending on how many are inside the collection, with artwork created exclusively for INK Games Publishing. Full details are included on each product listing.

Preorder items are produced after the preorder window closes. Estimated shipping timelines are listed on each product page, and we provide updates by email as production progresses.

Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item as well as any damages to the shipping box. We’ll work with you to replace or resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please email ship@lagunastudios.net to begin this process.

No, INK Games Publishing does not use AI in any aspect of our creative design work. All game components, special edition covers, custom illustrations, and character art are created exclusively by our team of talented human artists.
