At INK Games Publishing, we specialize in licensing intellectual property from established fiction authors and transforming it into high-quality puzzles, tarot decks, games, and collectible products. Our mission is to bring beloved stories to life in new formats that deepen fan engagement and expand the reach of your worlds.

We work exclusively with seasoned authors who have built a loyal readership and developed well-established, successful series. By licensing your IP, we ensure that your brand is represented with care, quality, and innovation.

What We Look For

We selectively pursue licensing opportunities with authors who:

  • Maintain a robust, highly engaged readership whether through newsletter subscribers, social media followers, or active fan communities
  • Hold the merchandising rights to a well-established series or world with strong, long-term fan appeal
  • Demonstrate active engagement with fans through events, signings, or online platforms

Launch Strategies

At INK Games Publishing, we approach every licensed project with a tailored launch strategy designed to maximize reach and impact. We currently offer three primary pathways:

1. Book Box to E-Commerce & In-Store

  • A premium launch strategy where licensed products debut through carefully curated book boxes.
  • After the exclusive box release, the product transitions to our e-commerce platforms and then into select retail stores.
  • This strategy creates early collector demand and drives excitement within dedicated fandoms.

2. Kickstarter Launch to E-Commerce & In-Store

  • An audience-driven approach that begins with a Kickstarter campaign to validate demand, engage superfans, and generate buzz.
  • Following a successful campaign, the product is scaled into e-commerce sales and distributed into retail channels.
  • This pathway builds community involvement while ensuring broad market reach.

3. Direct to E-Commerce & In-Store

  • A streamlined approach where products move directly into our e-commerce store and retail partners.
  • Ideal for properties with a strong, established fanbase that is ready to purchase without the need for a staged rollout.

Please note: Book Box and Kickstarter launches are limited opportunities. Due to the resources and exclusivity required, we can only select a small number of projects each year for these strategies.

If you are interested in licensing your series, characters, or worlds through INK Games Publishing, please complete the form below. While we review all submissions carefully, we cannot pursue every opportunity. We prioritize projects that align with our brand vision and have strong commercial potential in the collectible and game markets.

Review & Response Times

We kindly ask for your patience as we carefully review all licensing submissions. Our typical review period is approximately one week; however, during times of high volume or when we are engaged in active licensing negotiations, the process may take longer. We ask that you refrain from following up unless several weeks have passed since your submission.
