By entering the Dungeon Crawler Carl Signed Collectible Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

1. SPONSOR

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by INK Games Publishing, located at 1490 Fairview Circle Reunion, FL 34747 (“Sponsor”).

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, administered, or operated by Matt Dinniman unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and contractors of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and any other companies involved in the development or administration of the Sweepstakes, as well as members of their immediate families and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

“Immediate family” includes spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM EST on October 8, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on October 11, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor’s computer systems will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit Dungeon Crawler Carl Sweepstakes Entry – INK Games Publishing™ and complete the official Sweepstakes entry form by providing the requested information, which may include your name, email address, and other required information.

After completing all required fields, submit the form as directed to receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period, unless otherwise expressly stated by Sponsor.

No purchase or payment is required to enter.

Automated entries, entries generated by bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, automated systems, or other mechanical or electronic methods designed to circumvent the entry process are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

Incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, illegible, or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed the entrant.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) officially licensed Dungeon Crawler Carl collectible signed by Matt Dinniman.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100.00 USD.

The exact collectible awarded may be shown or described in promotional materials associated with the Sweepstakes.

Prize is awarded “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except for any warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

No cash alternative or prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred prior to being awarded.

Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded.

6. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will take place on or approximately October 12, 2026.

The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions regarding the selection of the winner are final.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or other contact information provided with their entry.

The potential winner must respond to Sponsor within 48 HOURS of the initial notification unless otherwise stated in the notification.

Sponsor may require the potential winner to provide verification of identity, age, residency, and eligibility and may require the execution and return of an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, publicity release where legally permitted, tax documentation, or other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor.

If a potential winner:

• cannot be contacted;

• fails to respond within the required time;

• fails to provide requested documentation;

• is found to be ineligible;

• declines the prize; or

• otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules,

the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate winner through another random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor is not responsible for winner notifications that are lost, intercepted, blocked, filtered as spam, or otherwise not received by the potential winner.

9. PRIZE DELIVERY

The prize will be shipped to the verified winner at an eligible United States mailing address provided by the winner.

Sponsor will pay standard shipping costs associated with delivering the prize to the winner.

Sponsor is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or theft occurring after the prize has been transferred to the applicable shipping carrier, except where required by law.

The winner is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

10. TAXES

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or other costs associated with accepting or receiving the prize that are not expressly stated as being paid by Sponsor.

If required by applicable law, Sponsor may issue appropriate tax documentation to the winner and relevant tax authorities.

11. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, statements, and prize information for advertising, publicity, promotional, and marketing purposes relating to the Sweepstakes without additional compensation, notification, or permission.

Nothing in this section requires the winner to participate in promotional activities where prohibited by applicable law.

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge that Sponsor may collect and process personal information as necessary to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, deliver prizes, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable law.

Entry into the Sweepstakes does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing communications unless the entrant separately and affirmatively agrees to receive such communications.

Where an entrant elects to receive promotional emails or marketing communications, those communications will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and applicable unsubscribe rights.

13. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who Sponsor reasonably believes has:

tampered with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes; violated these Official Rules; acted in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, abusive, threatening, or fraudulent manner; attempted to obtain entries through fraudulent or improper means; or attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure events, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromises the integrity, fairness, security, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor may, where practicable, select a winner from among the eligible entries received before termination.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.

14. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, licensors, prize suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, contractors, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or delivery of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, stolen, or undelivered entries or communications;

technical, hardware, software, network, internet, website, email, telecommunications, or server failures;

incorrect or inaccurate information caused by entrants, equipment, programming, human error, or technical malfunction;

unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes;

printing, typographical, administrative, or other errors; or

injury or damage to any computer, device, or other property resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or accessing Sweepstakes-related materials.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Dungeon Crawler Carl and related characters, names, artwork, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property belong to their respective rights holders.

The prize offered in this Sweepstakes is an officially licensed collectible.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, references to Matt Dinniman identify the creator whose signature appears on the prize and do not indicate that he personally administers or sponsors the Sweepstakes.

All trademarks and intellectual property referenced in connection with the Sweepstakes remain the property of their respective owners.

16. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, human error, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity, administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, has attempted to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes, violated these Official Rules, acted in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner, provided false or misleading information, or attempted to obtain entries through fraudulent or improper means.

Any attempt by an entrant or other individual to deliberately damage any website, form, platform, or system associated with the Sweepstakes or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may constitute a violation of civil and criminal laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and pursue any other remedies available by law against any person responsible for such conduct to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In the event the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as originally planned for any reason, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select the potential winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the action taken or otherwise award the prize in a manner Sponsor determines to be fair and consistent with these Official Rules.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
